Feeling like myself today. A good night's sleep will do wonders. Yesterday afternoon I had a rather good 'first date'. Given my mood, my date brought me beautiful pink roses and spent 3 hours walking through the forest with me. And then I came home and read the great notes left by my friends here. This is a wonderful source of support. It made me wish again that I could have you all gathered around in my living room sharing a glass of something. Thank you all for being there. By the end of the day I was quite happy again.
Today this new guy, not a vegetarian, is cooking me a vegetarian dinner. He picked up a vegetarian cookbook and is experimenting. Promising ...
There is no garantee my good mood will hold up when I return to the office and it's quagmire of politics tomorrow ... but I'm going to try.
Sorry I wasn't there to give you your needed support, it has been a totally insane weekend and really no time for anything but running from one thing to another. So glad to hear that things are looking up and what a lovely thing to do, a three-hour walk in the woods. Boy I miss having the time to do that. Anyhow, have a fabulous week and keep looking at the sky.
