I hadn't intended to take a break from posting here but unintentionally did ... all is well though. I continue to be really busy at work. We are in a busy project phase - and in the test cycle which is my area to manage. Things are finally settling in there and starting to improve. I continue to be surprised at having an actual love life at the moment. As I explained to one of my friends - there are nice guys and there are guys I like - not normally the same guy. But happily - a nice guy that I like - I am enjoying it. So we'll see.
Other items .... Canada has an election on Monday. I hope we don't do something stupid and elect a conservative government here - I'm afraid the results would be scary.
And one last thing - we all seem to be soccer crazy at the moment. I work in a very multi-cultural department - all supporting different teams it seems. A few Italy supporters - we have been having our fun with them and their conspiracy theories. All seem to have a minimized window with 'soccer.net' or some other internet sports steam on their desktop.
So life is good with me at the moment - hope with you too.
Update - forgot to mention ... I am training for a half marathon - probably one in September and that is going well. I've also lost 6 pounds in the last couple of weeks. It's all good.
:-) wow. things are going great and I am happy to hear it. really looking forward to getting an update in person in less than 2 months! enjoy all the good and wonderful things wendy!

Let us know your take on the election results as next week progresses. We are moving into election fever here too. We already have as conservative a government as you dread ... but I suspect we are about to go even more so ... *groan* ...

Hiya Wendy...
Good to hear about your "actual" love life, more power to ya :)
Good luck with your training, perhaps one day I'll take up running as well, I've actually tried the jogging thing before, but I can't seem to get a smooth stride... *shrug*
Keep on keeping on ;)
